YARD CLEANUP

We will:

• Pick up any trash you have in your yard
  • You must have your own:
    • Black trash bags or construction waste bags.
  • This is not raking leaves or grass clippings but general trash like beer cans, plastic bags, paper signs, etc.
• Organize items like lightweight kid’s toys to be safer for play
• Take bicycles from yard and stow them neatly in your garage or porch
• Bring in anything that belongs inside
• Anything else you need within reason.

SNOW REMOVAL

We will:

• Shovel your walkway and driveway
  • Within reason if there is only a shovel. For longer driveways and such, please have a snow blower or a plow. Thank you!
  • You need to have the:
    • Shovel;
    • Or snow blower with enough gas to get the job done;
    • Or snow plow that is already attached to a vehicle and ready for plowing.

PORCH / PATIO TIDY

We will:

• Remove trash
  • You must have your own:
    • Black trash bags or construction waste bags.
• Organize clutter
• Sweep and/or hose down
  • You must have your own hose and outdoor water spigot
• Wipe down outdoor furniture

PEST CLEANUP

WASPS

We will:

• Remove wasp nests* and spray wasps with Raid spray
  • You must have your own:
    • Raid spray;
      • Ant and Roach spray works just as well or sometimes better than Raid Wasp and Hornet spray.
    • Broom or other flat tool to knock wasp nests down.

ANTS

We will:

• Put down ant bait around the house and over any ant mounds you point out or that I find
  • You must have your own:
    • Ant bait;
    • Spreader if you want us to put it all over your yard.

* I do not remove the wasp nests. I have to bring in my star employee (my wife lol) for that. Please let me know before your appointment if I need to bring her.

PICK ITEMS UP FROM STORE

We will:

• Pick up small items from the store on our way to your home
  • Small items include:
    • A pack of batteries;
    • A gallon of milk;
    • Lunch from a grocery store or a deli;
    • Etc.
  • We will give you a copy of the receipt if we paid for you
  • You can reimburse us with your usual payment method or cash.
• OR, pick up a grocery order if you ordered through a service like DoorDash and pickup is cheaper;
  • You’ll need to text us the receipt or any information we need to know so we can obtain your order.
  • Location must be less than a fifteen minute detour from our regular route to your appointment.
